For most of the plugin and templates we offer for sale on the Bubble marketplace, we do not collect any personal information.

However, if you purchase a subscription for our PDF Potion product, we collect your name, email address, billing address, payment method and IP address.

Storing this data allows us to:
- Send you important account/service information
- Respond to your queries
- Refund requests, or complaints
- Process payments and to prevent fraudulent transactions. We do this on the basis of our legitimate business interests.
- Set up and administer your account, provide technical and/or customer support, and to verify your identity.

Please note that we do not store any payment information or credit card details on our website. Your credit card details are securely processed by Stripe, who provide our payment processing facility. You can read Stripe's Privacy Policy for more information.

When you submit an enquiry via a contact form on our website, we use this information to reply to you regarding your enquiry, to provide you with a quote, or to provide support for our plugin or template. We do not share this information with third parties or use it for marketing purposes.

Cranford Tech produces two email newsletters. If you tick the 'Send me news and tutorials by email box' when submitting a contact form on our website, we store your name and email address in MailChimp. MailChimp provide the newsletter service we use to send updates and marketing materials for our plugins, templates and other Cranford Tech products.

If you sign up for the Bubble Builder newsletter, we store your email address in Substack. Substack provide the newsletter service we use to send updates and marketing materials for our plugins, templates and other Cranford Tech products.

We use Clicky to collect anonymous data about visitors to our website. This information includes, but is not limited to, the browser and operating system that was used, the visitor's location, the pages visited during a given session, the date and time of the visit, and the page that was visited before arriving on our website (the referring page).

We use this information to analyze visitor and customer behaviour, to identify sources of website traffic, and make improvements to our website.

If you send us a message or support request via one of our contact forms, this information will be held for 2 years.

If you purchase a subscription for our PDF Potion product, the order and customer details are retained indefinitely. This is for tax, accounting and reporting. Your user account (created automatically during checkout) is also stored indefinitely. Please contact us if you would like to delete your account.

If you have created an account on PDF Potion, submitted a contact form, or signed up to one of our mailing lists, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. However this would not include certain data we are obliged to keep for legal or security purposes. To request your data export file, or submit a data erasure request, please email alex@cranfordtech.com.

Our website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement. PDF Potion is a product by Cranford Tech. Cranford Tech uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) to process data on its behalf in the PDF Potion product. Data that is input to the PDF Potion Bubble plugin is sent to AWS and is maintained in Cranford Tech's AWS logs for 48 hours. The data is then automatically deleted. PDFs that are generated with PDF Potion are not retained by Cranford Tech or saved down to any database owned by Cranford Tech.
